Cirque Polynesia guests who purchase the Dinner & Show package can choose between having the dinner pre-show or post-show at either Umalu or Son’z restaurants at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa. Pre-show dinner check-in at either restaurant is at 5:30 p.m. Post-show dinner check-in will be immediately after the show. Umalu is located near the pool and Son’z is located at the Swan Court.
